Pierce, the parent company of a group of online motorcycle and motocross parts and accessories retailers, was founded in 2006 with a small online store that solely sold parts and accessories, and had a team of just four employees, but quickly grew to operate a trio of eCommerce stores.

Ulla Bergvall is Customer Service Director since 2018 responsible for the dynamic customer service and translations operations. Her previous roles prior to joining Pierce were within Purchasing, Supply Chain and Operations in logistics and e-commerce sectors. Ulla has a MSc in Engineering and Business Management from the KTH Royal institute of Technology in Stockholm. Although she only has tried motocross twice, she identifies as an MX rider and plans to maybe try some freestyle tricks in the near future.


Nick Panagopoulos

Vice President, Global Strategic Alliances at Translations.com

Nick Panagopoulos has been with TransPerfect & Translations.com since 2004 and worked in client services, sales, and alliances. With over 20 years’ experience in the language services and related technologies industry, Nick has worked with some of the world’s largest corporations to help them scale how they manage their global communications. Currently, he manages the global alliances program for TransPerfect & Translations.com. He holds a BS in Economics from Rockford University and an MBA in International Business and New Product Development from DePaul University.

Brendan Murray is in charge of Content Marketing at Akeneo. Before coming to Akeneo, he led branded content at PYMNTS.com, where he developed a passion for omnichannel commerce and experience, and previously served as a writer and editor at several newspapers and online outlets.
